William Eugene Gowers

Will is survived by his wife, Meg Gowers; his daughters, Jennifer Gowers (Tim Davis) and Megan Wilson (Tommy); and his son William Griffith Gowers; his sisters, Barbara Pitts (Roddy) and Cathy Perry (Robert); his grandchild William Wade Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Will was preceded in death by his father Arthur "Red" Gowers and his mother Margie Gowers.

A funeral service for Will will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Childersburg with Father Rob Morpeth officiating. Following the funeral service will be a burial at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo at 1:15 PM.
