William Marcus Whitaker

William was a Volunteer Firefighter at Lay Lake Fire Department. He was a huge Alabama fan, enjoyed listening to Hank Williams Jr. and fishing. William loved his nephews as if they were his own sons.

William is survived by his sister Shirley Mason; his nephews Brian Shaw (Jennifer), Chris Shaw, and Jeremy Shaw, his great nieces Ella Shaw, Launa Shaw, Katelyn Shaw, and Haylee Shaw; and his great nephew Ahalaric Shaw.

William was preceded in death by his parents William and Vera Whitaker, his sister Brenda Counts.
