Sylvania –Donald Ray Hudson, age 48, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013, at East Georgia Regional Hospital in Statesboro. He was born in Carrollton, GA, was retired from Torrington Co. and was a member of Believer’s Church of Statesboro.

Survivors: Wife: Dawn McGlaughn Hudson of Sylvania; Parents: Jessie Ray & Joyce Hudson, both of Sylvania; Son: Kevin Ray Hudson of Lyons, GA; Step-Daughter: Jessica Nicole Alderman of Swainsboro; Step-Sons: Justin Bradley Alderman of Jacksonville, FL and James Stephen Alderman of Waldron, AK; Sister and Brother-In-Law: Marjorie Hudson Heath of Sardis, GA; Special Nephew: Chris Heath of Sardis; 7 Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Memorial Services: Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at 4:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Oglesby officiating.
