Gary Lavaughn Lariscy

Sylvania –Gary Lavaughn Lariscy, age 71, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro, GA. He was born in Screven County to the late T.W. & Ruby L. Lariscy and was the owner of P.O.S.T. Paperless Office System Technologies. He was also a member of McDonald Baptist Church, was a member of the Georgia National Guard and was a Mason. He was preceded in death by his Parents and a brother, Tommy Lariscy.

Survivors: Wife: Judy L. Amos of Sylvania; Sons and Daughters-In-Law: David & Denise Lariscy of Bulloch County, Tony & Jill Lariscy of Sylvania, Michael & Jessica Amos of Marietta, GA and Justin Amos of Greer, S.C.; Sister and Brother-In-Law: Gail L. & John Bohler of Statesboro; Brother and Sister-In-Law: Ray & Mary Lariscy of Sylvania; Grandchildren: Aubrie Sauer, Ryan Sauer, Joshua Lariscy, Taylor Lariscy and Conrad Amos; 1 Great-Grandchild; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Double Heads Baptist Church.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Double Heads Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Joyner officiating. Burial following at McDonald Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers: William Triplett, Wade Ward, Ray Lovett, Casey Gonya, Sport Lariscy, Woody Lariscy, Jimmy Murray, Lynn Derriso and Alan Tapley.
