Sardis – Louise Blackburn Neidlinger Johnson, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA. She was born in Millen, GA, was retired from Torrington Co., where she worked as an inspector in the Pins Dept. and was of Baptist faith. She was also a devoted wife and mother and enjoyed being with her family. She was preceded in death by Her First Husband: Norman J. Neidlinger; Parents: James Alman & Lucy Dickey Blackburn; Daughters: Lessie Ann N. Bragg and Jeanelle N. Hamilton.

Survivors: Husband: Johnny Johnson of Sardis, GA; Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Carolyn & Jay Joyner of Sylvania, Rose Marie & Danny Nelson of Sardis, GA, Linda & Mark Bailey of Milledgeville, GA, Regina & Junior Dixon of Perkins, GA, Sheri & Ken Stephens of Waynesboro, GA and Step-Daughter, Jeannette Johnson of MS; Sons and Daughters-In-Law: Carson & Cindy Neidlinger of Atlanta, GA, Jimmy & Pam Neidlinger of Sylvania, John & Arrie Neidlinger of Clyo, GA and Roy & Tammy Neidlinger of Sardis, GA; Brother: Hoyt Blackburn of Sylvania; Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; A Number of Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services: Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wes Lawson officiating. Burial at Sardis Baptist Cemetery, Cemetery Road in Sardis, GA.
