My sincere sympathy to the Driscoll family . There was nobody quite like Billy . Billy had a personality out of this world . Ill always cherish my time with him always and forever he is in my heart . I will always laugh when i think of Billy because he was the funniest . I will always feel enlightened when i think of him because he showed me  beauty in life and made me see it inside myself and alot of people . Billy taught me oh so much about alot through Gods eyes . The Billy i had the honor of knowing came straight from heaven and i will always love him . Thank you billy for everything . Our condolences to the Driscoll family. Bill was a treasured friend   at St Edwards and at Dominics High School. We often saw Bill at  many music venues around Long Island. He would never pass us by without a cheerful hello. He had a generous spirit and his love of music was always evident. Such a courageous person who was loved by so many.
