Carrina Seymour

Carrina Seymour, 83, of Syracuse passed away peacefully Monday at James Square Nursing Home, surrounded by her family. Born in Sanford, FL, she moved to Syracuse in 1952. She worked several years at Pass & Seymour and at the Holiday Inn. She was also an Avon representative for several years and a member of the Easter Star.

Surviving are her sons, Jonah Torrance Seymour, William Lewis Seymour, Oliver Len Seymour all of Syracuse; daughter, Lulamae Pinkard of Syracuse; sisters, Lula Donald of Syracuse and Lucy Groome of Sanford, FL.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Carrina was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 10 to 12 noon with a going home service to follow at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 1034 Montgomery St.

Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
