Catherine Schultz Huber

Catherine J. Schultz Huber, 96, of Syracuse was called home by God on Saturday. She was a life resident of Syracuse. Catherine was predeceased by her husband, Earl Huber, 1982, sister, Marion Sackett, 2009 and nephew, Dennis Sackett, 2011.

She is survived by her nephews, David (Pasqua) Sackett of Clay and Louis (Shelia) Sackett of Baldwinsville; wife of Dennis, Charmaine Sackett of Florida; niece, Jeanne (Dan) Viggiano; great nieces, Gina and Bianca Sackett; and many more nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday 8:30 a.m. at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in Assumption Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park St.

The family would like to thank James Square and St. Joseph’s Hospital for the special care given to Catherine.
