Curtis "Keyon" Parrish

Curtis “Keyon” Parrish, 27, departed this world on October 10, 2010. Keyon, born in Syracuse, NY, graduated from Corcoran High School. After graduation and while raising his children, Keyon pursued his passion as A Dog Breeder of Pitt Bull Terriers and other AKA breeds.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Curtis Wayne Parrish of Dayton, OH; his mother, Brenda Jones of Syracuse; two daughters, Takiya Parrish and Keyasiah Williams; two sons, Keyon Parrish and Curtis Keyjuan Parrish, all of Syracuse; his fiancé, Sonia Santiago; his children’s mother, Tapeka Williams; two brothers, Billy Reed of Atlanta, GA and Charles Moore of Syracuse; sister, Tatiana Jones of Syracuse; his paternal grandmother, Bertie Mae Parrish of Dayton, OH; maternal grandmother, Katherine Dowdell of Syracuse; special aunt, “Aunt Bunny”, Eloise Leflore of Syracuse.

Services: Saturday 12 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling hours: Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the church, 149 Beattie Street. Farone & Son Funeral Home.
