Donald G. Martin, Jr.

Donald G. Martin, Jr., 57, of Auburn, passed away Wednesday at University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse on November 1, 1954, the son of the late Donald and Beverly Martin. Donald was a former employee of P. Titus Corp as a truck driver for many years and was also a member of A.A. for 20 years. Mr. Martin enjoyed playing his guitar and loved to fish but most of all he loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Cheri (Robert) Hawkins, Toni (Stephen) Bauso, Rick Martin; stepdaughters, Samantha (Joseph) Jorgensen, Allison (Matt) Ekiert; grandchildren, Taylor, Noah, Evan, Kera, Lia, Ty, Hunter, Stephen, Cameron, Kerrigan, MacKenna, and Blaine; brother William (Linda) Martin, sisters Bonnie Winters, Jeannette Martin, Virginia (David) Lehrer. He was preceded by his parents Donald Sr. & Beverly Martin.

Funeral services will be at the United Methodist Church on South St in Auburn at 3pm on Sunday March 25, 2012. There will be an informal memorial reception immediately following in the church's Fellowship Hall. There will not be any calling hours and a private burial will be held at a later date.
