Ethel Proctor passed away on Thursday, December 6th at the age of 92 went to her final resting place.
She leaves behind four children, Walter Proctor, Ellen (Steve Sealman) Proctor, Linda (Dennis) Coons, and Randy (Toni) Proctor; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
No formal service will be held. Although for all who knew her, we will keep her in our hearts and minds.
