Geneva C. Jackson

Geneva Christine Jackson was born on December 25, 1938 to William Jackson and LeDora Jackson in Sanford, Florida. She established residence in Syracuse, New York where Geneva graduated from Central Tech High School in 1956. Geneva also attended APEX Hairstyling School in Harlem, New York where she became a licensed hairdresser and partnered in Business at THE House of Hair Fashion for 40 years. Predeceased by her mother, LeDora Jackson; her father, William Jackson; brothers, Leroy (Winifred) Jackson and William (Gabe) Jackson.

Left to mourn her passing are her sister-in-law, Gloria Jackson; nephews, Anthony (Carolyn) Jackson, Billy (Mary Ellen) Jackson, Harold Davis, Kevin (Marilyn) Jackson, and Lozenso Martin; nieces, Cheryl (Greg) Jackson-Bryant and Jackie Martin; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews. She will be terribly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday 12 p.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME.

Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
