Lakshmi P. Sharma, 87, of Manlius, passed away Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Haridwar, India, he resided in the Syracuse area since 1972. He retired from Allied Chemical and was a member of the Hindu Temple of CNY.
