Marjorie Margie Belt Linzy

Marjorie Linzy, 66 passed away peacefully in her home. Marjorie was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and had a distinguished career of 26 years with Carrier Corporation. She was one of thirteen children born to the late Leslie and Eugene Belt Sr. Marjorie was preceded in death by two sisters, Eleanor and Mildred, three brothers, Marvin, Jerome and Howard and also daughter Diane.

Marjorie will forever be remembered by her devoted brothers Eugene and Arthur, loving sisters Virginia, Leslie, Mary, Helene and Linda, her beloved daughter Cassandra, treasured grandchildren Ernest, Shefell, Janay, Kennieth, Paul, Christopher, Darren, Mazia, Davinea, Martasia, and Davindaja, and lovely great-grandchildren Madisyn, Kenyia, Kenny and Giuliana, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her. Marjorie touched the lives of many people with her philanthropy and dependability.

Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, December 27th, 2010, from 10 am- 12 pm, funeral services will follow at 12:30 pm at the Valley Worship Center Church of the Nazarene, 2929 Midland Ave, Syracuse. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
