Mary S. Messina Julian, 92, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. A life resident of Syracuse, she retired as Sales Representative for Avon Cosmetics after 20 years. Mary was a communicant of St. Daniel’s Church. Mrs. Julian was a Yoga Instructor at Lyncourt School as well as being the Den Mother for the Cub Scouts.
Mary is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Michael Julian; two sons, Michael (Kathleen) Julian, Jr. and Sam Julian; three grandchildren, Christopher (Rosa) Julian, Todd (Missy) Julian and Michelle (Art) Larriane; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, 8:15 a.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 9 a.m. at St. Daniel’s Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
