Theresa Kennedy, 82, of Syracuse passed away Wednesday at St. Joseph’s with her family by her side. She was born in Italy and has lived in Syracuse most of her life. She was a member of the Happy Roamers of St. Vincent DePaul Church and worked at Sibley’s Erie Belle Restaurant. Her greatest joy was being a loving mother and grandmother. Predeceased by her husband, John Kennedy; brothers, Dominick and Rocco; and sister, Antonia.
She is survived by her children, Maria, Carmela and Rocco; sister, Guiseppa; brother, Frank; grandchildren, Theresa, Alana, John and Kara.
Funeral services Monday 8:15 a.m. at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 9 a.m. at St. Vincent DePaul Church.
Burial in Assumption Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park St.
