Willie E. Grainger, 59, of Syracuse passed away Tuesday. Prior to retiring from the City of Syracuse DPW, Willie worked at GE in Trenton, NJ. Predeceased by his mother and step-father Curllen and Elbert Lee Snow. Survived by daughter, Tanisha; son, Tyran (Artika) Grainger; granddaughter, Kanisah; brother, Leon; niece, Sharurise, great-niece, Shaurel. Calling hour Monday 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. with funeral services to follow at Farone & Son Funeral Home. Burial in Veterans Cemetery.
