

Alyce Faye (Leach) Littledave was born on October 27, 1941 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Nelson and Sallie (Mankiller) Leach. A lifelong member of the Tahlequah community, she grew up in a household of three brothers and one sister. After graduating Cave Springs High School, she continued her education at Okmulgee Tech. She worked various jobs over the years, lastly working as a Residential Advisor for Sequoyah High School. She later married the love of her life, Alvey Littledave. Their union was blessed with two children and many years of cherished memories. Alyce was a fan of the OU Sooners and Oklahoma City Thunder and enjoyed watching shows of the paranormal and Bigfoot documentaries. Alyce faithfully kept up with her friends and family on Facebook and whenever able, would get out to watch her nieces and nephews’ events and loved to support her great-niece and great-nephew’s activities, and was a member of Cedar Tree Church in Tahlequah. This loving soul was called to her heavenly home on November 22, 2023 at the age of 82 years old. Alyce was a wonderful wife, mother, sister and aunt and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Alvey Littledave, one daughter, Baby Girl Littledave; great-grandchild, Jathan Blossom, brother, Perry Leach, sisters-in-law, June Leach, Edna “Dolly” Raper, Alice “Millie” Littledave and Elizabeth “Liz” Littledave, brothers-in-law, Ike “Dude” Littledave, Stanley “Stan” Littledave, Bobby “Jenks” Jennings and Frank Raper.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Anthony “Sonny” Littledave of the home, and daughter, Alvena “Neesie” Blossom and husband Leonard of Locust Grove. She is also survived by two brothers, Bobby Leach of Albuquerque, NM, Larry Leach and wife Thelma of Stilwell, brother-in-law Michael “Porky” Littledave and wife Ranee of Salina, brother-in-law Sylvester “Solly” Littledave and wife Joan of Pryor, and brother-in-law Norman “Hominy” Littledave of Tahlequah and one sister, Elisephine Moncooyea of Tahlequah, sister-in-law Beverly Leach of Stilwell, sister-in-law Kay Littledave of Tagg Flats, OK, sisters-in-law Barbara Littledave and Dora Jennings, both of Salina, OK. Her legacy lives on through her two grandchildren, Whitney and Ann Marie Blossom of Rose, great-grandchildren, A’yana Blossom of Rose, special daughter, Jana and husband Bruce Grigsby, special nieces and nephews she calls her babies, Kylee Canoe, Casen Turner, Bruce “Bubba” Grigsby, Sallee Leach and Treyt’n Leach, as well as many friends and loved ones.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 2:00pm at Echota Baptist Church in Stilwell, OK with Reverend Dale Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Echota Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Micah Richards, Michael Leach, Judge Littledave, Ed Richards, Mark Leach, and Mikah Campbell. Honorary pallbearers include Larry Nofire Sr., Perry Leach, Stanley “Skunk” Littledave, and Jacob “Jake” Littledave.
A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm, with a wake service from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
