Donna Marie Lupo-Garrett was born on November 8th, 1959, in San Bernardino, CA, the daughter of Frank and Rosemary (Avery) Spencer-Lupo. She was raised with three sisters and one brother, John, Perri Ann, Elizabeth and Cindy. The family lived in Mesa, AZ for a time and it was from here that Donna graduated. She met and married Mike Leroy Garrett in Las Vegas, NV. Her family was what kept her going. She was a good cook and an avid dancer. In her younger years, she loved line dancing and was affectionately called “Dancing Donna” by her family and friends. She was gifted with drawing and did beautiful work in paintings, drawings and cartoon characters. She would never shying away from the camera. Her heart was in her home. If you liked honesty, she was able to express herself and tell you what she thought in detail. She was funny and very witty. For all the dreams she planned for the future, her health was not what she had hoped for. Donna passed from this life on June 15th 2021 at her home. She was 61 years old and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, her mother and father, and cousins.
Those left to cherish her memory include husband Mike Garrett of the home, and her daughters, Crystal Lupo of Briggs, OK, Darla Lewellen and husband Steven of Ft.
