Erica Nicole Still

Erica Nicole Still was born on March 23, 1990 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The daughter of Foreman and Linda (VanBuskirk) Still, she was the youngest child, growing up with four brothers and two sisters- Trey, Joe, Rod, Chris, Emily and Melanie. She graduated from Oaks High School. Erica shone brightly the short time she was here. She was very musically gifted, and was always entertaining her friends and family by singing and dancing. She never shied away from appearing in her homemade rap videos, but nothing topped her Elvis performances. Her smile was ever present, bright and beautiful. Her distinct laugh was contagious to anyone who was near. Erica worked at Walmart as an associate and enjoyed her job and the people she worked with. Erica was outgoing, could talk to anyone and never met a stranger. She loved to be with her family, and although she was younger than a few, she always went out of her way to make her nieces and nephews feel special. She adored her siblings and had a special bond with each one of them that will never be broken. Erica passed from this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021 in Springdale Arkansas, surrounded by those who knew and loved her. Erica was 31 years old.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Henry and Emma (Rackliff) VanBuskirk, Tom and Mary Jane (Livers) Still. She also joins her father Foreman Still.

Those left to celebrate her life include, her mother Linda Still of Rocky Ford, her brothers and sisters – Trey Hill and wife Tammy of Rocky Ford, Joe Hill and wife Deena of Rocky Ford, Rod Still of Jay, Chris Still of Stilwell, Emily Ramsby and husband Randy of Pryor, Melanie Moss and Soit Cochran of Inola. She leaves her adored nieces and nephews, Joseph Hill and wife Liz of Little Kansas, Dustin Osborn and wife Terry of Siloam Springs, Eddie Hill and wife Jade of Black Fox Holler, Cody Majors and wife Regan of Rocky Ford, Taylor Phifer and husband Billy of Rocky Ford, Zachary Hill and Sally of Muskogee, Trace Hill and McKay of Rocky Ford, Shawn Ramsby of Texas, Scott Ramsby and wife Leslie of Texas, Jessica Hall and husband Joey of Siloam Springs, Lauren Ramsby and Jayme of Texas, Kyleigh McQuary and Kevin of Tulsa, Malorie McQuary of Pryor, Lindey Moss of Inola, and Lacey Moss of Inola. There are also 24 great nieces and nephews with a new one soon to join the family, as well as many cousins and a host of friends and loved ones.

Funeral services for Erica Nicole Still will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 2 PM at Rocky Ford Community Center in Rocky Ford, Oklahoma. The Family invites everyone to bring a covered dish or dessert and arrive a few minutes early. Family and friends will return to the community building for food and fellowship following graveside service. Viewing visitation for Erica will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 1 PM to 7 PM at Reed-Culver Funeral Home in Tahlequah, OK. Erica will be laid to rest at Bill-Batt Cemetery in Rocky Ford, OK. Pallbearers include – Joseph Hill, Dustin Osborn, Eddie Hill, Cody Majors, Zachary Hill and Trace Hill. Her honorary pallbearers include – Jessica Hall, Lauren Ramsby, Kyleigh McQuary, Malorie McQuary, Taylor Phifer, Lindey Moss, and Lacey Moss. Flower girls include – Gracelynn, Atalie and Dylynn.
