

Latisha "Tish" Renee Bolin, a loving homemaker, cook, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), passed away on July 22, 2025, at her home. Born on August 30, 1990, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to Delbert Downing and Robin Lynn Bolin. Latisha grew up and attended school in Tahlequah. After graduating high school, she then went on to advance at Indian Capital Technology Center where she obtained her CNA certification.
Latisha met the love of her life, Glen, at Jimmy's Eggs in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on July 26, 2018. Glen affectionately called her "My Love". Her life was filled with love for her family, especially her children. Latisha's passions included watching WWE wrestling, fishing, and spending time outdoors with loved ones. Music played a special role in her life, with favorites like Creedence Clearwater, rock 'n' roll, and T.I. music. Latisha was also a huge fan of Kobe Bryant, with her favorite number being eight.
In her free time, Latisha enjoyed expressing her creativity through drawing, artwork, diamond painting, and putting puzzles together. She had a special fondness for tigers. Those who knew Latisha described her as a happy, cheerful person who got along with everyone. She was a jokester who loved making people laugh. Though she was somewhat of a loner, Latisha was very caring and would open up once you got to know her.
Latisha is preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Delbert Downing; two uncles, Barney Bolin, and Jack Russell.
Those left to carry on her legacy include her husband, Glen Hall; her son, Kai Alexander Hall; her daughters, Adriana Nicole Martinez, Vanessa Renee Martinez, Aniah Marie Martinez, and stepdaughter, Emellie Radford; her mother, Robin Lynn Bolin and partner Tyler Meigs; one brother, Lucien Bolin and Brittni; one sister Janelle Dubois; and numerous other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Latisha's memory will live on through the love she shared with her family and friends.
A visitation for Tish will be held Monday, July 28, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Reed-Culver Funeral Home, 117 West Delaware Street, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, followed by a funeral at 2:00 PM.
