Patti Marie Ziesmer was born on September 21, 1958 in Medford, Oregon, the daughter of William and Beulah Marie (Keller) Ziesmer. She passed from this life on April 9, 2026 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years old. Patti lived in Stilwell, Oklahoma and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Patti was a complex and compassionate woman whose life reflected both hardship and deep love. Though she faced many challenges, she cared for her family and friends in the best ways she knew how, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew her.
Pattie found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved camping, watching sunsets, and spending time with her pets. An outdoorsy spirit at heart, she also cherished her role as a homemaker and enjoyed unwinding with her favorite mystery games.
She was preceded in death by her son, Troy Pittman. She is survived by her son, Christopher Pittman; her daughters, Winona Gibson and Thea; and her granddaughter, Kayla.
A celebration of Pattie’s life will be held in Washington at a later date.
