Sammy Fontana Rollice, of Tahlequah, OK passed away on the 23rd of December, 2022 in Visalia, CA at the age of 15 years, 7 months and 26 days. He was an avid skateboarder and active in the skating community. He loved his friends like family, and enjoyed making music and playing his Xbox. Sammy’s friends remember him as the life of the party, and all knew he would do anything for those he loved. He had the sweetest soul and the best sense of humor. You could always count on Sammy whenever you needed him. He was the best uncle to his nieces Monroe and Lily, doing anything to make them laugh. Sammy loved traveling, and spent the last six months of his life traveling the US, from Florida to California; the mountains to the beach, Sammy experienced it all. When he was younger, Sammy was active in football, baseball, and wrestling but as he got older his only passion was skateboarding. His favorite subject in school was Biology and he spoke about his future goals to pursue a career in biology. He attended Tahlequah High School and was currently enrolled in 10th grade at Golden West High School.
Sammy is preceded in death by father Dominic Rollice, grandparents Lisa and Domingo Rollice, Aunt and Uncle Pamela and Jesse Torrez.
He is survived by his mother Joy Rollice, sisters Gracie Rollice, Madison Reed, Miriam Mitchell, and Gabrielle Rollice, brothers Matthew Reed and Dominic Rollice Junior, grandparents Polly and Jesse Reed, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
Our hearts are broken and lives are forever changed in his absence. We will always treasure our memories with our sweet, loving Sammy.
