Travis Lee Wyman

Travis Lee Wyman, owner and operator of Wyman's LLC, was born on July 20th, 1979, in Enid, OK, the son of Mary Louise (Nelson) Hicks and Lonnie Dale Wyman. He was raised alongside one sister, Marty, and one brother, Justin. Grade school was attended at Pioneer Pleasant Vale in Enid, Junior High in Okay, and high school both in Enid and Tahlequah, OK. From an early age, Travis loved playing baseball and riding motorcycles! He had a never-ending love of nature and especially trees! He never tired of their beauty. He was a dreamer, forever making plans for the future, weighing each option and plan down to the most minute detail. He was steadfast, he made up his mind then pursued plans. He was either in or out, 100%. The love of his life was his family, he had one son, Dustin Thomas Hawk, and one daughter, Jade Alexis Marie. He never tired of time spent with them. He was generous and loving, never met a stranger, and would do anything to help someone needing him. He loved being an uncle and playing with the kids. He loved music and listened to all kinds, mostly Hip-Hop Worship music. He attended New Life Church and was a member of the Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry, serving faithfully and worshipping every chance he had. For all the plans he had for the future, the Lord called Travis home from all his works on July 26th, 2025, following an accident. Travis had just turned 46 years old. It has broken our hearts to let this wonderful son, brother, dad, and friend, go. Yet we know there will come a day and we will see him again.

Travis is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ellis and Margaret (Dawson) Nelson and Kelly and Geraldine (Tuxhorn) Wyman. He also joins his Aunt Cindy Wyman, Uncle Terry Wyman, cousin, Scott Koehn, and many friends, including Brenda Ogden Campbell.

Those left to cherish Travis’s memory include his children, Dustin and Jade Wyman, both of Tahlequah, OK. He leaves his mother, Mary Hicks and husband David of Tahlequah, OK, and father Lonnie Wyman of Enid, OK. He leaves his Sister, Marty Drost, and husband, Jason of Enid, OK, Nephew Braden Atkinson, and wife DeDee, of Enid, Niece Parker Atkinson, and Great Nephew Easton Young, of OKC, Brother Justin Wyman, and wife, Sharla of Tahlequah, Nephews Kyzer, Keetyn, and Kayzen Wyman, and Niece, Kya Wyman. He leaves girlfriend, Alison Stone, of Bixby, who he knew for only a short time but had given his heart. He also leaves aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends and church family far too numerous to mention.

A Celebration of the Life of Travis Lee Wyman will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 11:00 am, at New Life Church at 16818 Highway 62 in Tahlequah, OK, with Pastor Tornado Santillo and Apostle Garland Thomas officiating.
