Claudette Jean Hampton

Claudette was born on October 12th, 1934, to Fannie Kate and Charles James Fox in Jacksonville, FL.

She loved Jesus, her family, and the numerous friends that she has made over the years. She was a member of Life Pointe Church and was very active in the Tres Dias Ministry.

Claudette also enjoyed sharing the gospel with others and visiting with her neighbors who would meet monthly for brunch. She was a homemaker and loved raising her children and caring for her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hampton and granddaughter Debbie Hampton.

She is survived by her daughter Lori (Bob) Fink, sons Cody (Kathleen) Hampton, Chris (Annie) Hampton, Harvey (Sue) Hampton and KC (Karen) Hampton. In addition to her children, she will be remembered by her grandchildren, Kristy Shear, Janiah (Dudley) Smith, Shelby (Walt) Cunningham, Katy (Mike) Fisher, Colby Hampton, Dylan Hampton, and many great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at Life Pointe Church, 1224 Pedrick Road, Tallahassee, FL 32317 on Thursday, September 21st, 2023 at 2:00pm.

The funeral service will be at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home, 700 Timberlane Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32312 on Friday, September 22nd, 2023. Visitation will be held at 2:00pm with graveside service to follow.
