

Colleen Joy Wilhelmy born of Edith Florence Underwood (formally Richmond) and Joseph Harold Underwood, married to Richard Lewis Wilhelmy joined these loved ones on September 24, 2012.
Joy, as she was known to all, retired from the Florida Supreme Court as an Information Technology Assistant. Her grace, dignity, compassion, light-heartedness and reverence for others will also be missed by those who met her through her daily walks around the Foxcroft Neighborhood, her friends in the various bridge clubs she participated in over the years, as well as the seniors and volunteers she visited with her greyhounds, Sarah and Daisy, as a member of Comfort Pets and Pet Partners.
Active in her community Joy also volunteered with the Red Hills Horse Trials, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society and as a Voting Precinct Captain.
Joy is survived by her children- Penny Joy (Felicia) Wilhelmy, and Eric Wilhelmy; daughter-in-law Joy Wilhelmy (formally Farmer); grandchildren Kristin, Steven, and Maria “Rebeca”.
A Memorial Service will be held at Culley’s Timberlane Road Chapel on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow in the MeadowWood Event Room.
