David Thomas Hokanson, age 55 passed away on November 3, 2015 in an automobile accident. He was the wonderful son of Drs. Jack and Santa Hokanson and an amazing brother of Carol, Jean, John, Robert and Martha. David was a much loved nephew and uncle to many extended family. A graduate of Florida High and F.S.U., David had varied passions including shape-note singing, contra dancing, and cheering on the F.S.U.women's soccer and basketball teams. He delighted in the accomplishments and adventures of his beloved nieces and nephews. His quick wit and love of puns kept us in stitches and in groans. David was bright, kind, loving, gentle, and he was deeply loved by his family and friends. A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home from 6-8PM (1737 Riggins Road, Tallahassee, FL).
