Deborah “Debby” Kennedy Criswell, age 76, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 2, 1949. Debby was predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Thomas “Tom” Criswell; her mother, Frances Alderman Kennedy; and her father, Roy F. Kennedy. Debby is survived by her four children, Tammy (Henry) Miller, Kelly (Trinidad) Taylor, Diana (Paul) Shipley, and Christina (William) Bassett; several grandchildren; and her brother, Bruce Kennedy. A visitation will be held from 9 to 10 am on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Culley's MeadowWood Memorial Park at 700 Timberlane Road. Funeral services and interment will follow at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice.
