Diane was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Paul and Ann Behrens. She was 1 of 8 brothers and sisters, so she enjoyed an adventurous childhood!
Meeting and marrying her husband, Henry Norden was one of her life’s greatest accomplishments. They then spent the next 65 years together; always a partnership; sharing the ups and downs, joys and laughter.
Diane and Hank loved being out on the water, boating, camping and traveling always with their two children, Juliane Norden and Adam Norden. As a mother, she encouraged independence, common sense and respect. Always there for support. In between, she enjoyed a career in sales and found a love for Dog Training and showing. Her shelties were the best around, with many blue ribbons won.
In retirement, gardening became a colorful focus. Encouraged and aided in purchasing more flowers by her daughter, they shared gardening together. Adam and his wife Yanet brought her so much joy from their happiness together.
She enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with Mitzi and visiting with her neighborhood friends.
Diane’s laughter, kindness and spirit will stay with those in her Tallahassee community where she will be much missed.
