

She raised their seven adopted children, helped T.T. run his construction business, and was an active member for more than 50 years at First Baptist Church. She studied the Bible all her life and taught Sunday school to several generations. She was a renowned cook, a Master Gardener, and beloved mother and grandmother.
Survivors include Pam Stokes, Rigsby (Beth) Jones, Fred (Ruth) Jones, Carolyn Jones all of Tallahassee, Clint (Dorothy) Jones of Miami, Annette Hodges (the late Gene Hodges) of Cedar Key and Theresa Jones.
Grandchildren include Ryan (Tanya) Stokes, Robyn (Tolar) Griffin, Quinn (Christie)Jones, Brad (Lauren) Jones, Chase Jones, Shay (Charles) Morgan all of Tallahassee, Jamie Naff of Cedar Key, and Christopher (Samantha) Jones of San Francisco, Ca. She was also blessed with seven great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at First Baptist Church Tallahassee on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 10:00am.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Westminster Oaks Health Center, Big Bend Hospice, and a special caregiver, Faye Hotchkiss.
