She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 14, 1927. Florence met and was married to the late Jewel T. Bush in Alaska in 1958. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Florence was a strong, gracious, revered woman who was thought of as an honorary grandmother to all around her.
She is survived by a daughter, Ruby B. Baggett of Tallahassee, FL; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Debra Bush of Cherokee, NC; and a granddaughter, Celia Clark of Tallahassee, FL.
A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 25, 2011 at Culley's Meadow Wood Memorial Park on Timberlane Rd. in Tallahassee, FL. A graveside service will begin at 10:30 following the viewing.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadoWood Funeral Home in Tallahassee, Florida.
