Dear Maria,

Today we celebrated your life with a beautiful Mass service , some stories of how you touched all of our lives and then you were laid to rest next to your sweet Melanie. I have a feeling that you were able to look down from above and see your family and friends because I felt your presence with us. We laughed, we cried and hugged one another.

I love and miss you very much-not going to say goodbye but only rest for now and I’ll see you later.

Forever your friend,
-Jeanne Beannie ❤️😇

Oh Maria, sweet, sweet Maria I will always remember you not only as a co-worker, but more importantly as a mentor, teacher and my very own herferlena. I hope you passed through your life on earth knowing how much you were admired, appreciated and loved by EVERYONE. I had the privilege of working with you for 18 years and will forever cherish your friendship. I enjoyed our little weekly conversations, your never waning encouragement and support of me especially in the last few years before my retirement. All of us will remember you sharing the stories of your childhood and life back home in Germany. We will never forget your authentic German accent, your smile, your positivity, and that hugh hugh laugh of yours that was larger than life. I know that you will spend eternity walking painlessly through those green, lush, grassy hills of your beloved Germany. RIP my friend. Thanks for all the memories.

Maria, I was so shocked, and saddened, when I heard the news. You were always so upbeat and I loved to hear you laugh. You were such a dear to work with at the Appleyard office and later over 18 years at Patient's First. My favorite memory is when you called, or answered the phone, and said "This is Maria" in that adorable accent!!
You will truly be missed.

Maria, you were the best work Oma in the 16 years I put in at Patient’s First. You stood up for us, made us laugh and made work a place we wanted to come to. (I miss all of my PFirst family) Life will not be the same without you in it. You always brought the biggest smiles to my boys-it made their doctors visits much easier with you there. I hold tight to the memories. RIP head heafferlina.
