Mary Citrak Cummings died on August 31, 2024 in Tallahassee, Florida. She was born in Endicott, New York to the late Anna and Peter Citrak. Mrs. Cummings graduated from Union-Endicott High School in Endicott, New York. She received a Masters Degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa and taught elementary education in Tampa and Havana, Florida. She was a member of Killearn United Methodist Church and the Killearn Golf and Country Club where she was also a member of the Killearn Ladies Club and the 9-Hole Golf Group. She also belonged to Holly Circle Garden Club. Mrs. Cummings was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L Cummings, her parents, Anna and Peter Citrak, and four brothers, George, Michael, Charles and Peter Citrak. Survivors include many nieces, nephews and cousins in Slovakia.
No services are planned at this time. Her remains will be cremated and buried at Arlington National Cemetery where her husband, Robert L. Cummings is also buried.
