Funeral Services will be held at Culley’s MeadowWood Timberlane Chapel, 700 Timberlane Road (850)893-4177 on Friday October 15, 2010 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at MeadowWood Memorial Park.
Jim was born in Jacksonville on April, 18, 1946. He moved to Tallahassee in 1958 from Orlando. He enjoyed his family to the fullest and was a musician and played the guitar for over fifty years.
He is survived by his parents: Ed and Janette (Jenkins) Pooser of Winter Garden, Fl; three sons: John of Jacksonville, David of Tallahassee and Daniel of Crawfordville; one brother: Ned (Polly) Pooser of Carrabelle and one sister: Jenny (John Paul) Brown of Winter Garden; three nieces: Barbara Janette “BJ”, Holly, and Phyllis Janette “PJ”, and one nephew, Ted.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice 1723 Mahan Center Blvd (32308).
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home in Tallahassee, Florida.
