He was born July 17, 1953 in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. He lived life to the fullest. He learned to love the Lord and Jesus Christ. On Thursday he make his peace and went home to be with the Father and his mom and dad.
Samuer Alan Burdett was proud to have a son, David Alan Burdett and a grandson, Andrew and a loving family. Other survivors include his sisters, Cherly Doris Burdett and Judith Burdett-Polchowski.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 9, 2011 at Central Baptist Church, Greenville, FL with interment to follow at Oakfield Cemetery in Monticello, FL.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Tallahassee, FL.
