Blair was born in LaGrange, GA to S.B, “Bill” Shuford and Ann Lois Hill Shuford on April 28, 1939. Blair grew up in Port St. Joe, Florida and attended Florida State University. He was a charter member of Killearn United Methodist Church and was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish whenever the opportunity presented itself. Blair enjoyed watching football, wood turning and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nancy Shuford; Children: Rick Shuford (Sharon), Kathy Graham (Robert), Betsy Goram (Ernest); 10 grandchildren and many other family members.
A memorial service will be held at Killearn United Methodist Church at 2800 Shamrock Street S, Tallahassee, Florida at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.
