Stephen Thomas Frost

Steve Frost, 60, of Tallahassee, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 10, 2015. A native of Tallahassee, Steve attended Leon County schools and became an auto mechanic by trade until becoming medically disabled. He lived in Donalsonville, GA, and intended to retire there until returning to Tallahassee in 2008 due to his health.

He was predeceased by his parents Raymond J. “Jack” Frost, Sr. and Helen Lodge Frost and his sister Janet Frost Green. He is survived by his brother Raymond J. “Ray” Frost, Jr. (Gerry) of Castle Rock, Colorado, his sister Patricia F. Cromartie (Bill) of Tallahassee, niece Lisa Harmes (Tad) of Littleton, Colorado, nephew Terry Cobb (Charlotte) of Crawfordville, Florida, and niece Crystal Cromartie of Tallahassee, Florida. He is also survived by numerous grandnephews and one grandniece along with friends and extended family.

The family will receive friends and family at the residence of Bill and Patty Cromartie, 7874 Reynolds Ct., Tallahassee on Friday, March 13, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14, at 11:00 AM at Culley’s MeadowWood, Timberlane Chapel. The family will hold a private interment service at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Steve's name to Big Bend Hospice.
