Denham Oliver Royes

Denham Royes was born in St Ann, Jamaica to parents Lynette and Herman Royes. He was one of 8 children. At an early age he migrated to England, were he met and wed Mavis Palmer. From their union they had 2 children. Later they immigrated to the United States, where they resided in New York. Later in life they moved to Florida

Denham is survived by his daughter Cheryl Royes and son Neville Royes, sisters Elaine Patterson, Jean Williamson and Monica Niles, 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by wife Mavis Royes, brothers, Bevon, Winston and Clarence and sister Marjorie Bernard.

A funeral service for Denham will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for viewing and a service to follow from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Bailey Memorial, 6701 West Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL 33319, followed by a committal service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Bailey Memorial (Cemetery) located at 7801 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068.
