Janet Marie Anderson

Janet Marie Anderson, formerly March, passed away on Tuesday, March 22nd 2022 at Northwest Hospital in Margate, Florida. She was born on the 20th of October 1958 in Kingston, Jamaica to Richard and Estrianna March.

For many years she worked as a registered nurse at Broward General Hospital. Kind and compassionate, she felt it was an honor to preserve and save the lives of others.

A natural introvert, Janet enjoyed spending most of her free time at home. She would spend hours reading, crocheting or sitting under the fruit trees in her garden and chatting with her sisters. An extraordinary wife and mother, she pursued her dream of giving her children and grandchildren greater opportunities in life by moving to the United States and passing on her strong beliefs on the importance of family, education and

hard work.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years James, two children and their families; Melissa (Liad) and Stefan; two step-children and their families Shedrick and Denneisha (Hamilton) as well as four grandchildren and five step-grandchildren. She also leaves behind three sisters, five brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.

She will be remembered for her warmth, cleverness, love and dedication to her family and friends. Her legacy will live on through the people she loved and those who have been

blessed to know her.
