

Michael George Forrest Jr, of Sunrise, died March 16th, 2021 because of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident involving an 86-year-old motorist who turned into him. Michael was born August 9, 1991 in Plantation Florida, the son of Michael George Forrest Sr, and Mitzie Dawn Campbell. He attended Palm Cove Elementary and graduated from Dillard High School in 2009, where he was an honor student through elementary, and all of his high school years, he was member of Dillard’s basketball team. Michael Forrest Jr was a member of the Wilberforce basketball team and a member, and president of Wilberforce University Honor Society, where he made the dean’s list throughout his collegiate career. Michael Forrest Jr was awarded the Cumlaude Honors while graduating from Wilberforce University where he earned a degree a Bachelor of Science in Marketing on May 5th, 2018.
Michael was an inventor as he created the Hydrating Mouth Guard with a protecting attribute of having a Patent and Patent Pending Number from the United Stated office of patented in Washington D.C. He also created and own his own brand namely All Teams Sport Gear and Athletic Apparel (ASGA). Which govern all business of his Hydrating Mouth Guard including business sales in store, the internet, or from his website at WWW.ASGAAPPAREL.COM.
Michael was a unique person he was full of life as he was a very family orientated person. He loved his family and would spend countless hours with his three children as he would face time with his kids every day, he was very outgoing as he like playing basketball, going to the range, and riding his motorcycle. For those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His gently smile, mannerism, honesty, which as impacted on other people near or far to who that come to know him are pleased with Michael Jr on a day-to day basis. His relationship with his father, one would consider their relationship as best friends. He also has a close relationship with his mother and sisters, and more so with his stepmother, stepsisters, stepbrother, cousins, and other relatives near or far. J.R. as we all call him will remained in our hearts as he will live forever in our memories from yesterday, today, and in the future.
Michael Jr. is survived by his parent Michael George Forrest Sr, and Mitzie Dawn Campbell; his maternal grandparent Navel Campbell; and his paternal grandparent Eric and Gloria Forrest who are living in Jamaica. He is also survived by the mother of his children Jasmine Johnson and their three children Myana Jasmine Janae Forrest, Michael George Forrest 3rd, and Malakhi David Forrest all from Ohio and also several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
