Antonio Benito Chavez Jr., passed away on March 24, 2024, in Tampa, FL. He is survived by his loving wife, Isabel Chavez; son, Luis Antonio Sr., and wife Tania Chavez of St. Pete; daughter, Elizabeth, and husband Terrill Gasque of Tampa; brother, Orlando, and wife Reina Chavez of Miami; five grandchildren: Thalia and husband Julian Scott of Tampa, Luis Antonio Jr. and wife Lauren Chavez of Tampa, Rene and wife Brittney Chavez of Tampa, Jeremiah and Elijah Gasque of Tampa; and four great-grandchildren: Amayah, Cameron, and Aliyah Scott, and Isabelle Chavez. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024, at Blount and Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories (813-626-3161). The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. on Monday afternoon before the funeral services. Burial will follow the funeral service at Garden of Memories.
