She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell B. Yowell Sr., and his children, Russell B. Yowell Jr. and Carolyn J. Hauser. Her sister, Roma G. Spencer, also precedes in death.
She leaves behind John C. Yowell and Susan L. Millard, the children of Russell Sr., as well as his eleven grandchildren. Additionally, nephews Mark H. Spencer and Ronald J. Spencer, the children of her sister.
Caroline was a lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida and graduated from Hillsborough High School. She served in the United States Air Force. She was known for her love of travel, having explored exotic lands that many only dream of visiting. In her final years, she was a resident at Concordia Village assisted living in Tampa. Caroline will be missed by everyone whose lives she has touched.
