BLACK, Charles William, age 76, of Tampa passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017. He was born July 5, 1941 in Swanton, OH, the son of Lloyd and Velma Black. He served in the US Marine Corps during Vietnam. Charlie is survived by his daughter, Rose Marie LaPlante and husband, John; brother, Lloyd Blaque; sisters, Barbara Corron and Beverly Brushaber; and grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
