Clifford was a servant to the people joining the United States Marine Corps after high school. After 4 years of service Clifford worked for Tampa Police Department and the Tampa Fire Department where he was employed for 20 years. While working for the Tampa Fire Department Clifford, who was already a pilot, joined the Civil Air Patrol with the Tampa Composite Squadron- he eventually was promoted all the way to Captain of the Squadron. After retiring from the Tampa Fire Department he worked at Graves Brothers Refrigeration and obtained his Real Estate License selling real estate until he decided to enjoy his retirement in 1995.
Clifford is survived by his three children, Melanie Boltze, Susan Boone (Robert Washick), Clifford Boone Jr (Sandy Boone); four grandchildren, Dakotah Boltze, Garrett Boltze, Nicholas Boone and Emily Boone.
A graveside service for Clifford will be held 2 p.m. Monday, February 7, 2022 in Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
