Conception (Connie) Delgado Lombardi, 80, born Sept. 12, 1935, devout Catholic and beloved wife, mother, nana, sister and aunt, went home to the Lord on May 8, 2016. She is survived by her four children and their spouses, Myra Zuccolo (Larry Zuccolo), Denise DesRosiers (Jim DesRosiers), Derek Lombardi (Melissa Lombardi) and Darrel Lombardi (Kellie Lombardi), her brother Sergio (Billy) Delgado (Marlene Delgado), her nine grand children Amber Costabile, Allison Romeis, Michael DesRosiers, Alexander DesRosiers, Mary DesRosiers, Madison and Lindsay Lombardi, and Lexi and Lila Lombardi, one great grandson Eric Costabile, and many beloved nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Albert Lombardi, her brother Manuel Delgado and her parents Julian and Amparo Delgado. She grew up in Ybor City where her parents owned a local grocery store, and was a life long resident of the Tampa area. Catholic funeral rite will be held Friday at 2pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, with burial following at Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
