MAYTON, David Lowell, 56, of Tampa, was born on March 1, 1958 in Roane County, TN to the late Luther and Mary Giles Mayton. He passed away on July 2, 2014 peacefully at home. Mr. Mayton was a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran and will be interred in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his brother, W.L. Thornhill. He is survived by his children, Rebecca Davis and her husband Aaron; Joe Mayton and Erica Mayton, his brothers, Donald Anderson and Jack Mayton and his grandchildren, Breanna, Aswell, Cameron, Koa and Rylie. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd. Ave., Bushnell, FL 33513.
