

Dzung was born on September 15, 1939, in Le Thuy, Quang Binh, Vietnam as the youngest child of three children. In his younger days, Dzung was a middle school mathematics teacher and a national Boy Scout leader. He was also actively involved in religious church activities. Later in his lifetime, Dzung was the vice president of a manufacturing company.
In 1991, Dzung with his wife and 4 children left communist Vietnam and headed to America to give his children a better future and education.
Dzung always loved to practice meditation and tai chi. Throughout his life, he always loved to read and listen to the news in the comfort of his home. He loved to play dominos to pass time. He was a family man who loved to spend time with his wife, children, grandchildren. As a devout Catholic, he would always listen to Gospel music.
A beloved grandfather, father, and husband, Dzung is survived by his wife, four children, and eight grandchildren. His memory will be carried on in their hearts.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 2-4pm at Blount and Curry Carrollwood located at 3207 W Bearss Ave. Tampa, FL. 33618.
A Funeral Mass to honor Dzung will take place at 10am on Monday, February 1, 2021 at St. Paul Catholic Church located at 12708 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL. 33618.
Interment to take place following the Funeral Mass at Garden of Memories located at 4207 E. Lake Ave. Tampa, FL. 33610
