She is survived by her loving mother, Connie Jackson and her sister, Stacy Thompson.
Elease was preceded in death by her father, Herman A Jackson Jr, fraternal grandmother, Elease M Hampton, maternal grandparents, Margaret L and Michael L Hill.
She was born August 24, 1961 in Tampa, Florida. She attended Chamberlain Highschool a few years but eager to work, she decided to get her GED. Although she lived in Georgia for a short period,
most of her life was spent in surrounding areas of Tampa Bay.
She loved going to the beach soaking up as much sun as she could.
She always helped her father in the vegetable garden and digging in the dirt to plant flowers.
Her love of animals was amazing to watch. Her cats Kisses and Lolly were her children. She loved all animals, didn’t matter what animal it was. Any time she came home from work or store, she was greeted with love, jumping and wagging tails. We are all going to miss the loss of Elease’s smiles and hugs as she loved each one and then ask “what are we having for dinner?”
Elease will be desperately missed by all those she’s left behind. She was one of a kind, fast to anger but just as fast to settle down. No matter what happened, she was always loved and was oh so loving.
Her favorite friend and confidant was Dr. Harold Linde helping her through life’s struggles. He was and is a godsend.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Eleases’ memory to a Cancer center of your choice.
A service will be held later at her home as she is laid to rest close to her father.
