

Roger was born in Gerona, Tarlac Philippines to Hermogenes Abasta Pescasio and Benita Capulong Sibug Pescasio on October 4, 1941. He married Joan Ann Germroth on March 16, 1963 in Washington DC. He lived the majority of his life in Baltimore Maryland. He retired as a route salesman for Entenmann’s Bakery.
Roger started his journey to the United States of America by enlisting in the United States Navy at the Naval Air Base Sangley Point in Kawait, Cavite Philippines. He served as the Captain’s personal Stewart as he was definitely a fantastic cook! He enjoyed watching the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles. He spent his free time doing Sudoku and watching Fox News.
His life was dedicated to his children and grandchildren, basically doing whatever they wanted to do!
Roger is preceded in death by his father, Hermogenes Pescasio; his mother, Benita Sibug Pescasio; his wife, Joan Ann Germroth Pescasio; and his beloved grandson, Kyle Preston Miller.
Roger is survived by his four loving children, Michele Pescasio Tziotis (Andreas) of Tampa FL, Michael Pescasio (Kristine) of Los Angeles CA, Melissa Pescasio Miller (Walter) of Ellicott City MD, and Martin Pescasio of Wesley Chapel FL. He will be missed immensely by his grandchildren, Elias and Nikos Tziotis of Tampa FL, Aynalen and Tsion Pescasio of Los Angeles CA, Olivia and Madeline Miller of Ellicott City MD, and Dylan, Dominic, and Micha Pescasio of Richland WA.

A visitation for Roger will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Blount & Curry Life Event Center located at 605 S MACDILL AVE, TAMPA, FL 33609. Following the visitation will be a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
