Frances was a Tampa native and one of three children born to the late Irene and Joseph Dempsey.
Frances graduated from Leto High School in 1970 and attended Oak Grove United Methodist Church. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her family and friends.
She was a beloved mother, “Gram”, sister, aunt, friend, and much more. She was always active in the lives of those she loved. She was truly selfless and always made sure the people she loved knew how important they were.
Frances is survived by her daughter Kimberlee, son-in-law Michael, and grand daughters Hannah and Sofia, who were her world. As well as her brother Joseph “Edward” Dempsey III and his wife Helen, her niece Theresa, her nephew Michael, and her four grand nephews. She is also survived by her best friend Dr. Gary Wood. She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Joyce Dempsey.
